Dany Grimard

With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, Dany is a recognized leader in the defense & security sectors. Drawing from his military background, he began his career with the Canadian Armed Forces, serving in various roles across both the Regular and Reserve Forces. His commitment to the military community is reflected in his role as Honorary Colonel of a Royal Canadian Air Force squadron and in his involvment in several initiatives supporting Canada's defense industry and economic ecosystem. He is also co-founder of a cybersecurity firm focused on critical data protection. Before creating Groupe Alpha2, Dany served as Vice-President at the Business Development Bank of Canada, specializing in corporate financing through debt and equity.
